Marchesa is dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our couture and eveningwear collections. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day window for returns on eligible full-price items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and authenticity cards are intact and attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Processing

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once received at our atelier, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and refund processing.
